What I Did

•Built the community from 500 to 5,000 members in a year through strategic engagement initiatives
•Led a team of community engineers to ensure consistent support and a high-quality member experience
•Launched and managed the Community Heroes program, onboarding 30+ Heroes globally
•Launched the meet-up network, bringing together 350+ community members in person
•Hosted bi-weekly Office Hours for members to connect and learn
•Led and organized events and conferences including KubeCon, DevX Conf, and CDE Universe
